At Paint by Numbers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic wardrobe. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original tags on the garments and secure them in their original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
